Return refund Policy:

For all returns, please Log in to Member center and submit a return request form within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

There are too many items on Artgurushop.com, so we may not describe everything just the same as you think. Because culture difference, we may share a different idea with something like color, our translators will try their best to fix it out, if you find any problems, your emails will be highly appreciated, but we reject all returns due to this reason.

Please send us emails or call us before you return the goods, if we can't clear the goods from customs because of buyers, all responsibilities and charges are taken by buyers.
